By browsing and utilizing the services offered by our website (www.Zoobydoo.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with the Privacy Policy available on our site, which may be updated periodically. 4.ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e?mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5- OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

6. Pricing

We strive to ensure that all price details on the website are accurate, though errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we cannot reach you, we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Prices for items may change from time to time without notice, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched. The price of an item includes GST (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as a seller. Please note that the prices listed on the website are applicable only for items purchased on the website and not through any other source.

7. Discounts and Vouchers

Any voucher or discount applied at the time of placing an order will be deducted from the order value. This amount will not be refunded on any cancellation or return of the order.

8. Payment

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check is completed. Your card will be debited once the order is accepted.

9. Cash on Delivery Charges (COD Charges)

 

COD charges of Rs. 60 will apply if the payment mode chosen is cash on delivery (in addition to shipping charges). If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will normally be rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. 10. Violation & Termination

You agree that the Company may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to the website and block your future access if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service or any other policies. If you or the Company terminates your use of any service, you remain liable to pay for any service that you have already ordered.

11. Order Status

You can check the status of your order by simply going to “order history” and referring to the status column for updates.

13. Incorrect Order or Product Damaged Upon Receipt

We take utmost care while packing your order to ensure that the correct product reaches you safely. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged product, it will be replaced. This process is hassle-free. You must inform us on the same day of receiving the order by writing to us at support@powerlook.in or calling the contact number listed on the Contact Us page. If you fail to notify us on the same day of receiving an incorrect or damaged product, the product will be considered sold and will not be replaced or refunded.

14. Returns

No item purchased online can be returned at the store under any circumstances.

15. Disclaimer of Guarantee

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods or cancel the service at any time without notice to you. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of collaborations advertised, the truth or accuracy of users' content, the ability of parties to deliver on collaborations, or that the parties will complete a transaction.
